Try Android Froyo with Google Android Emulator

You can taste the latest Android version of Google's Android phone without having. The following tips to try Android Froyo uses Google Android Emulator.
In addition to a Windows PC, Android Emulator is also available for Mac OS X (Intel) and Linux. The following tips, we use Microsoft Windows XP to run the Android Emulator.

• Make sure your computer meets the system requirements to run the Android Emulator.
• Install a Java Development Kit (JDK) which can be downloaded here.
• Install Eclipse (Optional). If you plan to develop applications using the Android Development tools (ADT) Plugin you need to install Eclipse, which can be downloaded here.
• Download the Android SDK Starter Package from this address.
• Extract the Android SDK Starter Package that has been downloaded. By default Android SDK Starter Package will extract to directory android-sdk-windows
• Right-click My Computer then select Properties. On the System properties and Environment Variables klikAdvanced. In the System Variables click New, Name the Variable fill in PATH then fill in the location of the Directory tools on the Variable Name. For example, we extract the Android SDK on F:\Prog\android-sdk-windows directory, then the directory location of the tool is: F:\Prog\android-sdk-windows\tools.
• Run SDK Setup.exe File to open the Android SDK and AVD Manager
• The Android SDK and AVD Manager select the Available Package, give a check mark as the picture below then Install Selected.
• After the download and installation is complete, select the Device and then click New Virtual
• In the Name of the virtual name, input device, Target: Android 2.2 – API Level 8 next click Create AVD.
• Click Start to run the Virtual Device that you have created earlier.
